Trained social workers or educators are not the only staff of our social services. There are addictionologists, philosophers, psychologists, sociologists, marketers and a programmer. We develop all applications ourselves exactly according to the needs of our field workers and those who use our services.
Using technology in social services effectively means developing your own applications tailored to the needs of our staff and clients.
All development is done in-house. This allows us to have unlimited possibilities in creating tools to make our work and communication easier and faster for our clients and ourselves. It is essential for us not to waste time in our work and to be available to our clients on as many communication channels as possible.

Neposeda App

As we provide a wide range of services, it is essential for us to make sure that the residents of the areas in which we operate are aware of what we can do for them. The app gives them lots of useful information or alerts about changes in legislation and service provision. They can book appointments for group therapy sessions and individual consultations. And last but not least, they can also chat directly to a social worker if they have any questions.

Multifunctional evidence system
Evidence keeping is one of the pillars of the work of social services. Nevertheless, our system does much more. It allows us to track detailed data about our clients and analyze it over time. This allows us to innovate existing services and initiate the creation of new services. It is also a project tool that allows us to manage finances (treasury, asset register), training plans and organize work (task system, absence overview, shift planning and more). The iOS and Android apps and notifications of expiring contracts or individual plans are also an important help.

EnZetko App
In the EnZetko app, our psychologist has already provided safe chat counseling to more than 500 children in Prague. Although we believe that personal contact is the most important thing and our low-thresholds work to socialize children and adolescents, we also perceive that we need to communicate in their way so that we do not lose touch with them. The app has proven to be an excellent tool, especially during COVID-19.
Streetwork geolocation app
Our services cover an area of almost 50 square kilometers. We use a tracking app to ensure maximum efficiency in monitoring the field by workers. The system transmits the location of the field worker every minute and displays it in points on a map. This allows everyone on the team to view the routes they have walked and assess whether they have missed any spots or gone to some spots unnecessarily more than once. They can then write a note for each place and pass the information on to their colleagues.
